Design/CAD

The client can provide the CAD drawings or RIETH CREATIONS can design and create the drawings.

The vector drawings will be used to laser cut the material to be assembled.

The drawings can also be used to create assembly or exploded views for construction manuals. The parts can also be virtually assembled for 3D printing.

The example photos to the left show the process for the Liberty Ship model. The vector line drawings are created in 2D by RIETH CREATIONS. The 2D drawing can be laser cut. As an option, the individual pieces can be extruded to a thickness, in this case .040", using the CAD software. The pieces are then assembled in 3D to create the 3D line drawing. The drawing is then rendered as in the photo for the 3D Bridge.
